Sales Conditions
These sales conditions apply to all services and products offered by Naturominta (hereafter “the Provider”). By purchasing a service, package, digital product, or gift card, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.
1. Appointments
Any individual appointment (consultation, follow-up, or massage) not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be considered due in full.
In the event of absence or late cancellation, the total cost of the appointment will be charged without refund.
2. Packages
Happy Body & Happy Mind
Packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period are considered forfeited.
Within packages, the client may request to substitute naturopathic consultations and follow-ups with massage sessions. This substitution requires validation by the Provider and depends on availability.
Happy Teams
For all group or corporate sessions, cancellation must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Any cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled date will result in the entire sum being due.
Packages are non-refundable once started.
3. Digital Products (Ebooks, Programs, Guides)
Due to their intangible and instantly accessible nature, ebooks and other digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
4. Gift Cards and Promotional Codes
Gift cards and promotional codes must be used within 12 months of purchase or issuance, unless otherwise validated by the Provider.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen codes will not be replaced.
5. General Provisions
These sales conditions comply with applicable French consumer law concerning transparency, cancellation rights, and digital content.
The Provider undertakes to deliver services with professionalism and care, in accordance with their qualifications.
The client is responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for naturopathic consultations or massage. The Provider is not responsible for misuse of advice or self-administered applications.
In case of force majeure (illness, accident, strike, or any unforeseeable event preventing delivery of service), the Provider reserves the right to reschedule without liability.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed exclusively by French law.
In case of dispute, jurisdiction is attributed exclusively to the competent courts of Bordeaux, France.
